Tofu.
Rainbow suspenders.
A graphing calculator.
A T-shirt with the word "fart" on it.

A box of wine.

A hammer.

Yeah, don't get him rainbow suspenders. I already got him a pair of those for his birthday. It's a shame we haven't seen him in those yet...

I hope that you are not implying that you didn't find the Shadows book helpful. I spent many long, and agonizing hours considering whether or not it would be appropriate and enlightening for your situation. I'm sure that it will help you if you only read it. The first step in resolving the problem is admitting that you have it.
Just kidding. It took me all of thirty seconds to realize just how embarassing it would be to unwrap such a gift in front of your frineds. Upon which realization I immediately purchased it for you.
Yeah, the funny part is that over half of the things I said I don't want are things I've actually received.
